1. Our commitment

YUN INC. serves homeowners and real estate professionals in the Toronto area. We collect only what we need to quote, schedule, and deliver staging and photography services—including details that affect pricing such as property size, access, and preferred time slots—and we do not sell personal information.

2. What we protect

Contact information; property and appointment details; service selections and messages; review content; and business records related to invoices and confirmations.

3. How we protect it

Access to booking and admin tools is limited to authorized team members. We use reputable providers for hosting and transactional email where applicable. We avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive data through public website forms. We retain information only as long as needed for service, accounting, and legal duties.

4. Fees and transparency

When you request a booking, we may ask for information needed to apply published package rates and fixed surcharges (parking $20, extended travel $50, return visit $100, twilight $100, rush $75, priority booking $60, weekend/after-hours $75, virtual staging $75 per image, and square-footage tiers). Those details are used only to prepare an accurate quote and deliver the job.

5. Your choices

You may request corrections to your information, ask questions about our practices, or request removal of a review where reasonable. Marketing messages (if any) will follow CASL rules, including unsubscribe where required. Email: Yun.homestaging@gmail.com

6. Incidents

If a privacy incident poses a real risk of significant harm, we will act in line with applicable Canadian guidance, including assessment and notification when required.
